SkillDevelopment

The emerging reputation of IndianRFID in the market has legitimated the organization’s belief in conducting business at the highest level of ethics. The ideology of holistic growth and development has resulted in the organizations engagement for enhancing the skills of employees. The same has significantly worked towards the maximum contribution of the personnel positively affecting the success of the company.

Taking a step forward IndianRFID feels honored in initiating “Skill Development program”, a one of its kind initiative working towards the upliftment of youths coming from the deprived and marginalized section of the society. The idea of “Skill Development Program” was derived from the emerging need of skilled personnel within the organization. The project was started with the job oriented training of 150 youths and further providing 100% captive placement for them.

With the idea of contributing towards the development goals, IndianRFID started the “Skill Development Program” now working with the youths who are dropout and lacks employ ability skills in the competitive market. The particular section lacks the skills required in current market trend and end up engaging in casual labor with no subsequent growth in life and lifestyle. We live in a country that claims the largest number of young population, but on the contrary, only 30% of youths entering into the job markets get any employment opportunities due to lack of proper skill set. India is growing economically and hence this unemployment is not particularly because of lack of opportunities, but majorly prevails due to lack of skills.

Looking at such wide gap, IndianRFID, has emerged as an organization working to fulfill the huge skill gap. The prime idea of IndianRFID is to innovate new methodologies and try to bring a new dimension in training and skill development sector. The training and job entitlements would also choose innovative and not on the regular curriculum. The quality training for the required skill set is the primary objective of “Skill Development Program” . Not only Skilling, but an effective forward linkage to assist the youth with the employment opportunities is also one of the prime motive of training and skill development unit ofIndianRFID. The overall objective of this whole initiative is to provide equal employment opportunities for youth coming from the secluded section of the society and hence mainstreaming the youth, the organization promotes them as the contributing indicators, being inspiration for many others. Leading towards this positive aspiration the “Skill Development Program” is targeting to skill and mainstream around twenty six thousand youths in coming 26 years.
